"Awful shopping experience"
What a nightmare! I paid for some dog biscuits more than a month back, and still no sign of the products or even a message about a possible delay. I've reached out to them twice to find out what's going on, but I've heard nothing back. Super disappointing!

"What's Happening Here???"
What's happening here???? I just can't wrap my head around why they got all these 5-star ratings. I made an order on May 11, and since then, I've heard nothing... I've sent them three emails, and they just ignore me... no response at all. There's been no news about my delivery. It's been two weeks now...

"Awesome speedy delivery"
Awesome speedy delivery. I always get my stuff in just 2 working days. It's a bummer that they used to offer free shipping on orders above £40, but now they charge based on weight.
